ROMA (ITALPRESS) – Mario Adinolfi, arrested last July 8, because involved in an investigation of the prosecutor of Rome with the hypotheses of scam crime, was taken to prison. For the journalist and leader of the People of the Family an aggravation of the precautionary measure has been taken for social communication during detention. To give news is the same Adinolfi that on Facebook slips into a post: “They take me to jail because I write on Facebook. I am the first Italian in history to undergo this type of arrest.” The order issued by the Tribunal of Rome – Section of the Judge for Preliminary Investigations that has placed the precautionary custody in prison, in aggravation, against the Roman journalist, for the hypotheses of aggravated and continued fraud, abusive exercise of the activity of collection of savings, financial abuse and omitted declaration of income, was carried out this morning by the Funds of the Provincial Command of the Guardia di Finanza of Rome, on proxy of the local Republic of attorney.
The adoption of the more stringent custodial measure, writes the financiers in a note, has arisen “from the reiterate and systematic violation of the prescriptions contained in the original precautionary order, with which the investigation had been imposed the prohibition to use, in any form, telephone, computer and telematic devices, except for contacts with its defender. The investigations carried out have documented a reiterated number of violations, realized in the use of social networks, which have assumed decisive importance in the reassessment of the precautionary framework, with further risk of crime reiteration and danger of probatory pollution”.
