Of the 405.97 billion euros planned for the years 2022-2026, 359.65 billion were immediately usable thanks to directly applicable rules. Other 43.55 billion were released with the adoption of the relevant implementing decrees. In total there are therefore available 403,19 billion euros (99.3%). Thanks to the adoption of implementing decrees relating to the measures of the previous Governments, €9.62 billion was released. The total resources available thus rise to 412.81 billion. the most important interventions include: the 20 million fund for 2026 intended for the housing support of separate or divorced parents who did not obtain the allocation of the family house of property and have children up to 21 years; the contribution up to 1,500 euros per student, with a endowment of 20 million for 2026, destined for those attending a secondary school of first degree or the first two-year period of a secondary school of second grade credit.
