TORINO (ITALPRESS) – The GEDI Group and the SAE Group communicate in a note of having “signed the preliminary contract of sale to the latter of the newspaper La Stampa”. The acquisition will take place through a new constitution vehicle, controlled by the SAE Group, which also includes the entry of investors linked to the North West. The experience gained by the SAE Group, which operates in the fields of information and communication services at national level, “constitutes a solid foundation for the realization of a sustainable and long-term editorial project. The project aims to ensure continuity in the historical position of the headboard, preserving its editorial independence and deep ties with its territory“, continues the note.
The completion of the operation is expected within the first half of 2026. The cession “is subject to the completion of the usual trade and bureaucratic procedures provided for by law”.
