ROMA (ITALPRESS) – The Council of Ministers has launched a series of appointments during the Council of Ministers today. From the Treasury to Arera, passing through Agenzia delle Entrate and Dogane, here are all the assignments given at the end of the meeting at Palazzo Chigi.
CASTELLI COMMISSARIO AL POST SISMA IN ROMAGNA, RINNOVI PER CARBONE E ALESSE
As reported by a note from Palazzo Chigi, on a proposal from President Giorgia Meloni, the appointment of Dr. Giuseppe Francesco Maria Marinello was official as the government’s extraordinary commissioner for restoration and enhancement of the former Bourbon prison on the island of Santo Stefano (Ventotene).
On the proposal of the Minister for Civil Protection and the policies of the sea Nello Musumeci, the appointment of Senator Guido Castelli as commissioner to the reconstruction in the territory of the Municipalities of Brisighella in the Province of Ravenna, Castrocaro Terme and Terra del Sole, Modigliana, Predappio, Rocca San Casciano, Tredozio and the fraction of Bocconi of the Municipality of Portico and San Benedetto in September Forlì-Cesena, verification of Sismic events.
On a proposal from the Minister of Economy and Finance Giancarlo Giorgetti, the appointment of Director-General of the Treasury was officially renewed. Riccardo Barbieri Hermitte, for three years, from 23 January 2026. Also on a proposal from the owner of the Mef, the start of the procedure for the renewal of the assignment of Director of the Agency of the handicraft to Dr. Alessandra dal Verme. On a proposal from Giorgetti, given the favourable opinion expressed by the Unified Conference, I renew from 13 January 2026 for three years of the office of Director of the Agency of Revenue conferred to Dr Vincenzo Carbone. Finally, Minister Giorgetti, given the favourable opinion expressed by the Unified Conference, proposed renewal from 13 January 2026 for three years of the office of Director of the Customs Agency and the monopolies conferred by Dr. Roberto Alesse.
On proposal from the Minister for the Environment and Energy Security Gilberto Pichetto Fratin and the Minister for Enterprises and Made in Italy Adolfo Urso, given the favourable opinions expressed by the competent parliamentary commissions, here is the appointment of the President and members of the Authority for Energy, Networks and Environment (ARERA): Nicola dell’Acqua, as President, Alessandro Bratti, Livio De Santoli, Lorena De Marco and Francesca Salvemini, as members of the College, from 1 January 2026.
On a proposal from the Minister of Tourism Daniela Santanchè, following the acceptance of the office of UNADIS Secretary-General and Confederal Secretary-General CONFDAS, and of the consequent consensus resolution of the individual contract of work signed on 25 January 2024, it proceeded with the early termination of the office of Secretary-General of the Ministry of Tourism of Barbara Casagrande, Head of the first group of roles of the Ministry. Also on a proposal from Santanchè, the assignment of Secretary General of the Ministry of Tourism to Emanuela Tripi, for the duration of three years from the date of registration of the Court of Auditors of the relevant measure.
