MILAN (ITALPRESS) – Exor and Piero Ferrari agreed to renew the social pact, confirming their respective alignment and commitment to the Maranello stable.
The new agreement, reads in a note, will enter into force on the expiry of the current social pact and will last three years, until 4 January 2029, with automatic renewal for a further period of three years, except dismissed by the parties.
The agreement provides for consultation mechanisms to allow the parties to coordinate their respective positions on the subjects to be deliberated in the general assemblies of the shareholders of Ferrari and establish reciprocal rights of first offer in case of transfer of Ferrari shares to third parties.
