ROMA (ITALPRESS) – Engineering closed 2025 with net revenues at 1.759.7 million, up 2.5% compared to 1.716.6 million in the previous year. The Ebitda Adjusted amounted to 280.3 million, up 1.5% compared to 276,2 million in 2024, thanks to improved operational efficiency.
The Ebit is at 135.9 million, up 12.9% compared to 120.4 million in 2024, mainly thanks to the reduction of provisions made in the year, also due to the overall improvement of the quality of the credit portfolio compared to the previous year.
Net financial indebtedness amounted to 1,166.7 million, an improvement of 2.5% compared to 1,196.8 million registered at the end of the previous year, mainly supported by the focus on higher margin activities and the strengthening of workforce management activities, also through a more careful management of service spending.
In this context, the Group further strengthened its cash generation capacity in relation to the previous financial year, thanks to increasing profitability, increased operational efficiency and a prudent approach in the management of the circulating capital, while in the presence of greater financial burdens related to the refinancing operation completed at the beginning of 2025.
The group has confirmed its commitment to over 90 active projects and investments over 24 million, continuing to develop and explore new business technologies and solutions in key areas such as artificial intelligence, cloud, cybersecurity and data space.
