ROMA (ITALPRESS) – Yesterday the Italian doctor of Doctors Without Frontiers returned to the Democratic Republic of Congo who had contacted patients with positive results at the Ebola. It is a surgeon who has no symptoms, but who has however authorized the execution of the test, which is negative. The test was carried out at the Spallanzani in Rome, where the doctor is now in quarantine. It makes known the Ministry of Health, recalling that “there is no Ebola alarm in our country”. The ministry is active “from the first moment for all preparation and monitoring activities and is continuing the monitoring of the evolution of the epidemiological framework in connection with the territories and with the national and local health authorities”.
