SASSARI (ITALPRESS) – The Ordinary Meeting of Members of La Stampa SAE S.p.A. met for the first time on Friday 5 June. During the session, he appointed the new Board of Directors, consisting of eleven members: Paolo Ceretti as President, Massimo Briolini as CEO, Pasquale Marchese, Maurizio Milan, Luigi Carraro, Riccardo Toto, Giuliano Tatasciore, Federico Borgna, Carlo Pavesio, Giuliana Cirio and Andrea Gavosto. At the same time, the Board of Statutory Auditors of La Stampa SAE S.p.A. was also appointed, composed by Andrea da Chiara as President and Massimiliano Pizzi and Giovanni Nicola Paba as Actual Auditors. SAE S.p.A. Group announces the appointment of Antonio Di Rosa as Director of La Stampa. The assignment will start from 1 July 2026. Antonio Di Rosa, in turn, will announce Luciano Tancredi as Vice Director Vicar and Alessandro De Angelis as Vice Director. Some of the deputy directors will be confirmed at the time.

Antonio Di Rosa, Editorial Director of the SAE Group, has a career more than thirty years in journalism. He was Director of Il Secolo XIX, de La Gazzetta dello Sport, of the news agency La Presse e de La Nuova Sardegna. He also served as Deputy Director of Corriere della Sera.
Luciano Tancredi, currently Director of La Nuova Sardegna, also played the role of Director of Il Tirreno, La Gazzetta di Modena, La Gazzetta di Reggio e La Nuova Ferrara. He was also Editor of the SAE Group. He worked for 25 years at Il Messaggero, where he joined the role of editor of the Interior. He was also the author of Rai programs and also brings an experience in communication and external relations in institutional and corporate contexts.
Alessandro De Angelis, the political and editorialist signature of La Stampa, regularly intervenes as a commentator in some of the main television programs of political deepening and current events. He contributed to the birth of the Italian edition of HuffPost, of which he was Deputy Director.
