ROMA (ITALPRESS) – Airbus has asked to update A320 aircraft control software, which could be damaged by an understanding activity of solar radiation. It will involve delays all over the world. Airbus has recalled 6 thousand A320 aircraft. Thousands of flights are at risk. The call was linked to the incident that took place on 30 October on a Jet-Blu flight between Cancùn, Mexico, and Newark, the United States. Airbus is in contact with operators: “We maintain security as a priority,” the Company informs, which has activated passenger assistance procedures, with options for other flights or full refund.
