ROMA (ITALPRESS) – Unanimous and definitive way from the Senate to the unified text of the proposals for law on cinema. The vote was 123.
The text, composed of six articles, redesigns the governance of the cinema and audiovisual sector, establishes the Agency for Cinema and Audiovisual, provided by 2028, and the Forum of the sector, in addition to introducing a new Commission for the evaluation of the works and to entrust to the Government the reorganization of the discipline of incentives, support for theatres and independent production and the safeguards for the workers of the show.
