Massimiliano Cencelli, father of the famous “manual” on the assignment of political roles

ROMA (ITALPRESS) – He died, at the age of 90, Massimiliano Cencelli, official of the Christian Democracy of the 1960s. Its name is indissolubly linked to the journalistic expression “manual Cencelli”, with which it alludes to the assignment of political and government roles to representatives of various political or current parties in proportion to their weight.

Cencelli enrolled in Christian Democracy in 1954. He became an official in the following years and, in particular, will be secretary of Adolfo Sarti. Later he was a collaborator of Nicola Mancino, before he became Vice President of the Higher Council of the judiciary. Cencelli, in 2001, was nominated in the list of La Margherita for the City Council of Rome.
