By means of the Swiss lawyer who protects Italian interests, the Farnesina has been reported, “a detailed and articulate appeal, which refutes all the expectations of the Swiss court judge who are not shared and who are also overcome in the light of the jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights, therefore it is insisted that the constitution of civil part be admitted”.
