ROMA (ITALPRESS) – The Council of Ministers has approved, as far as it is learned, the draft law on safety and prevention of youth discomfort, as well as the order, organization and operation of the Police Forces and the Ministry of Interior.
“It is extended the discipline of the so-called prevention stop to even minor subjects.” The Minister of the Interior, Matteo Piantedosi, said this during the press conference after the approval of the Security Council of Ministers. Concerning the “prevention stop” Piantedosi explained that “it is also extended to minors than in the course of specific police operation, that they are destined to the prevention of crimes that roam the public order, in places characterized by substantial influx of people, for example those of the so-called movida, there can be a fundamental reason to hold the people who possess in danger for public safety in relation to weapons.
