ROMA (ITALPRESS) – A short 354 new magistrates at work in judicial offices, to ensure an increasingly effective response to justice to citizens. The Minister of Justice, Carlo Nordio, has signed today the decree with which the new-magistrates, winners of the contest banned with D.M. are assigned to their respective locations. of 18 October 2022, which ended the period of 12 months of internship.
To the measure, already registered to the Central Office of the Budget, follow today the letters of call. The new magistrates will reach their service offices by 19 June, thus filling the shortages of ordinary judiciary staff, in line with the government objectives repeatedly reiterated by the Minister Nordio.
“For the first time in the history of the Republic, we will fill the gaps of the organic judiciary. With the entry of new 1600 magistrates, by the end of the year, we will arrange the organics of all the buildings of justice”, says the Guardasigilli Carlo Nordio.
