ROMA (ITALPRESS) – Sunday, June 7th (from 7 to 23) and Monday, June 8th (from 7 to 15) will take place the ballots in 42 municipalities, again called to the ballots for the direct election of the mayor: among these six leaders, where no candidate reached the first round of May 24 and 25.
And the attention is directed above all to Agrigento, Arezzo, Chieti, Lecco, Macerata and Trani, the only leaders still without mayor. Michele Sodano (centrosinistra) will compete in Agrigento, at 39.1%, and Dino Alonge (centrodestra and autonomist), at 34.7%. Decisive could be the vote of the voters of Luigi Gentile (apported by League and Udc), who in the first round came third with 14%. In Arezzo the dance will be between Marcello Comanducci (centrodestra), who obtained 43.8%, and Vincenzo Ceccarelli (centrosinistra), 32.3%. Also in this case, an important role could have had the moderate electorate of Marco Donati, arrived at 20,49%.
In Chieti Giovanni Legnini supported the centreleft (47.2%) challenge Cristiano Sicari candidate of the centreright (27.47%). The latter, after the first round, expanded its support thanks to agreements with other lists of the centre-right, including the League and the centrist area. In Lecco, the outgoing mayor of the centre-left Mauro Gattinoni (42.53%) confronts Filippo Boscagli (48.65%), candidate of the centre-right. The lists excluded from the second round left freedom of choice to voters. In Macerata the Challenge will be very balanced between the outgoing mayor of Sandro Parcaroli (49.96%) and Gianluca Tittarelli of the centreleft (41.95%). The latter tried to strengthen consensus through agreements with other civic realities. In Trani, finally, Marco Galiano (40.69%), supported by the Pd, will contend the charge to Angelo Guarriello (30.32%) of the center-right. The grades obtained in the first round by the civic candidate Giacomo Marinaro (21.50%).
