ROMA (ITALPRESS) – Rudy Alexander Rossetto, former President of the Order of Biologists of Lombardy, and candidate for a second term, denounced Vincenzo D’Anna, President of the National Federation of Biologist Orders (FNOB) “for publication and dissemination – we read in a note – of medical, health, sensitive and personal data”, “just during the elections for the renewal of the Board of Directors of Lombardy”.
According to Rossetto, the complaint was submitted for the dissemination of “documents containing medical information, health certificates, cardiological reports, clinical prescriptions, personal data and traceable health references” to Rossetto, “in the framework of a disciplinary procedure totally disputed” by the former Lombard president. Article 167 of the Privacy Code concerning the unlawful processing of personal data and the dissemination of health data protected by the GDPR is also recalled.
