MILANO (ITALPRESS) – Caterina Tonini, CEO of Havas Creative Group Italy, is the new President of AiCEO – Italian CEO Association. Tonini collects the witness from Paola Corna Pellegrini and today takes the lead of the Association “with a continuity program, bringing with it the experience gained in the Council, of which it is part from 2023, and a clear vision on the priorities that await the leadership of the enterprise. Its election is based on a three-year concrete program, designed to enhance the role of those who drive companies in a historical moment characterized by profound transformations. In a context marked by geopolitical tensions, the acceleration of artificial intelligence and the increasing attention to ESG standards, leaders are confronted with new responsibilities and increasingly complex decisions. The new Presidency aims to accompany this evolution, strengthening skills, awareness and ability to address change with balance and vision,” explains a note.
“It is not enough to understand the changes in place, it is necessary to guide them with timely choices and operational responsibilities,” commented the new president, who for over thirty years has been directly confronted with the themes of the enterprise and the leadership. “The expectations of stakeholders have grown and the strategic choices of those at the top have immediate impacts on people, reputation and markets: a responsible, competent and oriented leadership therefore has not only the possibility to transform complexity and uncertainty into growth opportunities, but can also represent a competitive relaunch engine for the country.
