MILAN (ITALPRESS) – UniCredit has signed with FABI, FIRST/CISL, FISAC/CGIL, UILCA and UNISIN the agreement regarding the Award of Productivity for the exercise 2025 for the Italian perimeter, confirming once again the centrality of its people and the role of the welfare as a strategic leverage of well-being and competitiveness. This agreement, which is part of a continuous and constructive social dialogue, comes a few days from the positive conclusion of the previous trade union negotiation and further strengthens a system of welfare among the most advanced in the national panorama. UniCredit thus confirms itself at the top of the banking sector, with the highest productivity prize in Italy.
The prize includes a total of EUR 2.770, up 11% compared to last year, which includes a contribution of EUR 88.70 for dental covers and an extraordinary payment of EUR 120 per employee. The accreditation in the Welfare Account will take place in April, while the money supply will be recognised in June. UniCredit, within the framework of the policies for the welfare of persons, has also defined with the Trade Union Organizations the increase of the amount of the meal voucher to 10 euros from 1 January 2027 and confirmed, to all 2027, the temporary policy case death on the mortgage for employees.
In addition, the Bank, in accordance with the full transposition of the Protocol against violence on women signed by ABI on 24 November 2025, decided to ensure the full amount of the Vap also in case of absences due to the inclusion in protective paths for women victims of violence and in case of absences related to serious oncological diseases. All measures confirming the Company’s continuous commitment to supporting the purchasing power of colleagues and improving the overall conditions of corporate welfare.

UniCredit confirms with the Conto Welfare platform its privileged access point role to services dedicated to health, welfare and training of employees and their families. 95% of colleagues in Italy use the Welfare Account with satisfaction, as evidence of its effectiveness and its concrete usefulness.
