ROMA (ITALPRESS) – “Defending creativity is defending our own identity: investing in aesthetic innovation means investing in the very soul of Italian fashion. Precisely in this regard – as a commitment made in the previous plenario table of the sector – we are at work so that an extension for 2026 of the tax credit for design and aesthetic design, with the increase of the intensity of aid from 5 to 10%“ is approved. This is what the Minister of Business and Made in Italy, Adolfo Urso, said, according to what is learned, at the Fashion Table in progress at Mimit.
“Always on the consolidation of the supply chain, an organic package of measures has been introduced to strengthen the competitiveness and investment of the fashion sector. In particular, we have foreseen the allocation of 100 million for the mini-contracts of development dedicated to the sector, also introducing the possibility – in derogation of ordinary discipline – to activate the measure starting from a minimum value of 1 million euros. In this way we make the tools more accessible to SMEs and strengthen support for innovation, digital and ecological transition and aggregation processes. It is a clear choice: either industrial chains are strengthened, or competitiveness is lost. We chose to invest in the future of Made in Italy,” concluded Urso.
