ROMA (ITALPRESS) – Following the meetings held last Friday at the Mimit on the future of the former Ilva and with the aim of guaranteeing a stable confrontation with regions and local authorities in the territories hosting the establishments, the Minister of Enterprises and Made in Italy, Adolfo Urso, convened a series of meetings with the territorial institutions concerned, in agreement with the same regions and local bodies. The tables aim to define the best conditions for the relaunch of the steel group and to evaluate further productive investments in the available areas, in particular in Taranto and Genoa.
The meetings, to which representatives of the regions, municipalities and competent ministries will take part, will be held according to this timetable: Thursday 4th December, at 9.00, with the Piedmontese institutions (Region, Municipalities of Novi Ligure and Racconigi); Friday 5 December, at 10.00, with the Ligurian ones (Region and Municipality of Genoa); Friday 5 December, at 12.00, with those Apulia (Region, Municipalities of Taranto and Statte). At the end of this cycle of comparisons, for the next week, a moment of unitary confrontation in the presence of representatives of all local institutions involved.
