Manovra, 4 Italians out of 10 fear a negative impact on the carro-vita

ROMA (ITALPRESS) – In recent weeks, the Italian Government is discussing proposals and amendments to be included in the next budgetary law. At the same time, the first evaluation is based on the knowledge and information available to the media and simple citizens.

In general, according to a survey Only Numbers, the prevailing perception between the Italian population, based on the first impressions, is that for the next year we will find ourselves paying more taxes than the past, while 1 Italian on 3 shows a little more optimism and believes that the tax burden will remain substantially unchanged. Overall, observing all the current scenario, the population is divided among those who, in prevalence, expresses concern for their savings and those who, on the other hand, feel safer, with a clear distinction between the majority electorate and the opposition one, confirming that the first judgments, often, are based more on political issues than on the merit of maneuver. In general, therefore, considering also the particular historical moment that we are going through, with a continuous increase in the prices of goods and services, more than 4 Italians out of 10 fear that this manoeuvre will have a further negative impact on carro-vita and inflation. The survey Only Numbers per Porta a Porta was carried out on 10 November 2025 with CATI/CAWI methodology on a sample of 1,000 cases representing the Italian population.
