Snam, Ebitda and net profit growing in the first 9 months. Scornajenchi: “Indicators testify to industrial and financial solidity”

MILAN (ITALPRESS) – Snam closes the first 9 months with total revenues that amounted to 2.846 million, an increase of 195 million, equal to 7.4%, compared to the same period of 2024, mainly due to the growth of regulated revenues of gas infrastructure (+200 million; +8.3%). The adjusted Ebitda of the first nine months of 2025 was attested to 2.227 million, an increase of 138 million, equal to 6.6%, compared to the corresponding value of the first nine months of 2024, while the adjusted operating profit amounted to 1.401 million, an increase of 61 million (+4.6%) compared to the corresponding value of the same period of 2024. The adjusted net profit amounted to 1,096 million, an increase of 100 million (+10.0%) compared to the net profit adj of the first nine months of 2024, thanks to the increase of the Ebitda and the greater contribution of the national and foreign subsidiaries. Total investments in the first nine months amounted to 1,767 million, substantially in line with the first nine months of 2024 (1,782 million).

The positive cash flow of operational management (2,063 million) has allowed to finance most of the net investments of the period. Net financial indebtedness after payment to shareholders of dividend 2024 (-969 million) and non-monetary changes (-42 million), recorded a contraction of 154 million compared to 30 June 2025, an increase of 1,188 million compared to 31 December 2024, at 17.426 million. On the basis of the results of the first nine months and of the closing forecasts of the entire exercise, the Cda has deliberated the distribution to the shareholders of a deposit on the dividend 2025, pairs to 0.1208 euros per share, in increase of 4% regarding 2024.

The excellent performance of these nine months and the excellent financial flexibility, realized through careful management of debt, allow us to improve Ebitda’s 2025 guidance, net profit and net debt, to confirm the path undertaken for a sustainable value creation in the long term,” added the Ad.
