ROMA (ITALPRESS) – The government, with the Minister of Defense Guido Crosetto, has placed the question of trust in the House on the decree Ukraine, with urgent provisions for the extension of the authorization to the sale of military means, materials and equipment in favor of the government authorities of Ukraine, for the renewal of residence permits in possession of Ukrainian citizens, as well as for the safety of freelance journalists. “I do not consider trusting a way to escape the discussion of amendments. It is much stronger to put the issue of trust than a discussion and a vote on the individual amendments, because it obliges all representatives of the majority to say whether, on such a relevant political issue, they continue to support the Government,” said Minister Crosetto in the Chamber.
“So it is an act with even more strength and, somehow, separates, if someone within the majority does not think so anymore, even if he was elected within majority parties, and makes clarity on people’s positions,” he added. Also established the path for the votes of the Chamber Hall on the decree. The explanations of vote on the trust placed by the government in the House on the Dl Ukraine will begin tomorrow at 11.50. The vote will take place from 13.30 on a nominal appeal to trust. The further stages of the examination, with the votes on the agenda, will take place, always tomorrow, from 16.45. The final vote on the decree, which will then pass to the examination of the Senate to be converted into law by 1 March, should always take place within the day of tomorrow.
