ROMA (ITALPRESS) – The National Federation of Orders of Technical Health Care, Rehabilitation and Prevention (Fno Tsrm and Pstrp) expresses a marked contradiction to the hypothesis of renewal of the Ccnl of the health sector 2025-2027. “The text introduces and consolidates economic disparities and treatment between health professions belonging to the sector and does not recognize in a fair way skills, responsibilities, workloads, staff shortages and risk exposure. Such differences – read in a note – do not contribute to strengthening the National Health Service. On the contrary, they are likely to supply deep divisions between professionals who work daily in the same paths and who, with different but complementary roles, contribute to the quality, safety and continuity of services”. The Fno Tsrm and Pstrp also notes that “the commitments made in comparison with trade union organizations did not find adequate feedback in the undersigned text and that the instances of the professions represented were once again disregarded. What has happened imposes a serious reflection on the actual ability of the current trade unions to represent and protect the professionals enrolled in the orders Tsrm and Pstrp”.
“It will be necessary to question the positions supported and the activities carried out concretely at the negotiating tables, verifying how they really protected the demands, the professional dignity and the working conditions of the professions represented by the National Federation”. The Fno Tsrm and Pstrp “although not exercising trade union functions and not directly participating in collective bargaining, respecting its attributes, will not remain unarmed and will assume every initiative allowed to protect dignity, equity and recognition of health professionals in the technical area, rehabilitation and prevention. The Federation has already acted to promote concrete actions, in agreement with all the subjects really engaged in the protection and representation of health professions, in order to ensure that the indispensable contribution of such professionals to the Ssn find the right recognition, economic and social”.
