FIRENZE (ITALPRESS) – The assembly of the delegates of the Cgil yesterday decided the general strike for December 12, against the government’s budgetary law. The announcement was given today during a union initiative at the Mandela Forum in Florence by Fulvio Fammoni, president of the General Assembly Cgil.
“We address all the people, young people and women who are paying a very heavy price for this logic, workers, workers, pensioners because on December 12 they are with us in the square. We will make demonstrations in all the territories of Italy and we want to show that there is the majority of this country, the one that keeps the country standing with his own work, which asks to be heard and that asks to change a wrong logic for us not more bearable”, said the secretary general of Cgil Maurizio Landini commenting on the announcement.
