ROMA (ITALPRESS) – The Artemisia ETS Foundation, led by President Mariastella Giorlandino, was received by the Pope. A moment of profound spiritual significance for a reality that places human dignity at the centre of its commitment, listening to suffering and the responsibility to take care of others. For the Foundation, we read in a note, the meeting is an opportunity to renew the most authentic sense of its mission: to be close to those who cross the disease, loneliness or a condition of vulnerability, recognizing in each person an inviolable value.

The contribution of its clinical and diagnostic centres and its professionals allows to continue the meeting between scientific competence and solidarity, bringing information, screening and attention to the needs of the community.
The value of a health network is also measured in the ability to recognize less visible needs: fear of a diagnosis, disorientation of a family, the difficulty of asking for help. In this perspective, the collaboration between Fondazione Artemisia ETS and Artemisia Lab expresses a concept of health that includes the quality of performance, human relationship and social responsibility.
