ROMA (ITALPRESS) – After the bad weather that had caused the temperatures to fall in different areas of Italy, especially in the North, the heat is intensified. The afa, which has remained in recent days mainly concentrated in some areas of the Mezzogiorno, is again increasing.
According to the latest report on the heat waves released today by the Ministry of Health, on August 27 will be three cities in red alert, all in the Centre-South: Bari, Palermo and Campobasso. Palermo is already at the maximum alert level from today, 25 August, while in Campobasso the red bubble will scatter tomorrow, 26 August.
The number of cities marked by the orange stamp also grows, which on Thursday, August 27 will rise to nine: Ancona, Cagliari, Catania, Florence, Latina, Messina, Reggio Calabria, Rieti and Rome.
Increasingly reduced, instead, the areas indicated with the green bubble. Until Thursday, only six cities will be maintained, especially in the North: Milan, Genoa, Turin, Trieste and Venice, as well as Frosinone in Central Italy.
The painting includes the nine cities in pre-allerty, marked by the yellow stamp: Bologna, Bolzano, Brescia, Civitavecchia, Naples, Perugia, Pescara, Verona and Viterbo.
