Giuseppe Tango is the new president of Anm: “To work to really improve justice”

ROMA (ITALPRESS) – Giuseppe Tango is the new president of the Am. Tango was elected with 31 votes in favour and a prisoner by the Central Executive Committee of the National Association of Magistrates who today formalized the resignation of Cesare Parodi. Judge of the work in Palermo Tango, 43, is an independent magistrate.

“I can only thank all of you, all the members of the Central Steering Committee: you have chosen to put your trust in me, and I will strive to the fullest so as not to disappoint it, in any way.” So Giuseppe Tango, newly elected president of the Am. The palermitan judge thanked his predecessor, Cesare Parodi, “for his tireless work and for the human tract with which he led the Am” before ensuring that “we will all get to work tomorrow, together with the other actors of the jurisdiction, to propose solutions that can really improve justice, which has problems of which we are well aware because we live them daily: always for the benefit of the citizens, renouncing if possible political dialogue”.

“I don’t want to be wrong, but I think I’m the first palermitan to be appointed to the national chairmanship of Anm: this engulfs me beyondmodo on the one hand, on the other I feel even more the responsibility to represent that judiciary that has always been able to build, thanks to its illustrious representatives, a relationship of strong trust with civil society, even in the most dramatic moments of our history. Of this trust – Tango concludes – we all have to show that we are up.”.
