ROMA (ITALPRESS) – The central section of control of legitimacy of the Court of Auditors has made known the reasons for which on 29 October last the visa – and the consequent registration – of the CIPESS resolution to object: “Stable binding between Sicily and Calabria: allocation of FSC resources pursuant to Article 1, paragraph 273-bis, of Law No. 213 of 2023 and approval, pursuant to Article 3, paragraphs 7 and 8, of Decree-Law No. 35 of 2023, of the final project and of the acts referred to in Decree-Law No. 35 of 2023”.
The College, in the completion of the preventive control of legitimacy, reads in a note, considered to assign priority relief to the “violation of Directive 92/43/EC of 21 May 1992 on the conservation of natural and semi-natural habitats, because of the lack of investigation and motivation of the so-called IROPI resolution; to the violation of Article 72 of the Directive 2014/24/EU, in view of the substantial, objective and subjective modifications.
With the same resolution, they inform the Central Court of Audit for the legitimacy of the Court of Auditors, “they were also made observations concerning further profiles confirmed to the outcome of the meeting, but considered not decisive for the purposes of final evaluations.”.
