FIRENZE (ITALPRESS) – “In the disorders of 17 and 18 October and even in the most contained and circumscribed ones of the last weekend, we do not neglect an aspect: many of these boys, or at least a band, before giving themselves to the devastation and plundering they have taken narcotic substances.” This was said by the Undersecretary to the Presidency of the Council, Alfredo Mantovano, intervening in connection with the Festival of the Regions. “The closeness to drugs unfortunately crosses all forms of deviance present at adolescent level,” he added. Mantovano then explained that “even those who want to manifest freely” if it takes substances then ends with degenerate.
