During the meeting of Federmanager, the undersecretary of the Council Presidency with delegation to technological innovation, Alessio Butti, reiterated the need for a close dialogue between institutions and the business world to address the challenges posed by new technologies.
“It is a very delicate phase – he said – so the world of the enterprise, and therefore also that of managers and managers of the company, is undoubtedly invested by this technological innovation that is in progress: artificial intelligence, quantum, digitization”. Butti stressed that the change in place requires continuous training, able to make managers ready to face a rapidly changing industrial context.
The undersecretary reiterated that the Government is committed to promoting new training paths, “even to train managers of the future”, with the aim of making skills increasingly adhere to the needs of the productive world.
Butti also recalled that the budgetary law contains several measures in support of this direction, “as President Quercioli acknowledged”, adding that the priority remains to collaborate concretely with the industrial and managerial system to accompany the digital transformation of the country.
