ROMA (ITALPRESS) – Aran signed the hypothesis of Ccnl 2025-2027 of the Health Area, which covers about 137 thousand managers of the National Health Service: 120 thousand doctors and 17 thousand non-medical health managers. The agreement was signed by all trade union organizations.
The average wage increase at a rate reaches 560 euro per month for thirteen monthly, of which 393 euro deriving from the contractual renewal and 167 euro from the additional resources allocated by law.
“With today’s subscription we reach an important result for a fundamental component of the National Health Service,” says Aran, Antonio Naddeo. “The new contract concretely recognizes the value, skills and responsibilities of the health management, with an average wage increase of 560 euros per month. But the value of the understanding – he adds – goes beyond the economic part: we introduce a significant reform of the system of assignments, we strengthen the safeguards for those who suffer aggression and we preview new tools in support of people and the quality of work”.
Among the main innovations are the strengthening of protection against aggression, extraordinary permits for managers with serious pathologies and a first regulation of the use of artificial intelligence in the context of the working relationship. “It is a contract that takes concrete action on the organization of work, professional responsibilities and safeguards. The comparison with trade union organizations was intense and constructive and allowed us to reach the agreement quickly. Reducing the distance between the contractual period and its actual application remains for Aran a strategic goal, because it means making collective bargaining more timely and effective,” concludes Naddeo.
ZANGRILLO “CON RINNOVO CCNL VALORIZZIAMO LE PROFESSIONALITÀ”
“The care of citizens begins with the care of those who assist them. Today at the Aran we signed the renewal 2025/27 of the contract of the Health Area. An understanding of over 137 thousand managers: about 120 thousand doctors and 17 thousand non-medical health managers, including biologists, chemists, physicists, pharmacists and health professionals. We talk about an average salary increase of 393 euros per month for 13 monthly, to which we add about 167 euros average of resources provided by law provisions: the total increase can therefore reach up to 560 euros. This renewal 2025/2027, combined with the previous one arrived a year ago, puts in the pocket of the medical staff of the Italian public health monthly increments to 1.000 euros”. Thus the Minister for Public Administration, Paolo Zangrillo, on the subscription to the Aran of the renewal of the Ccnl Area Sanità 2025/2027.
“According to these resources there are then appropriations dedicated to specific allowances: 362 million for doctors and veterinarians, 8 million for health care and 15 million for emergency. With this agreement we value the professionalism and recognize the responsibilities of those who, every day, contribute to the operation of the National Health Service.
