ROMA (ITALPRESS) – This morning the first session of the new Board of Directors of the Phase, the Integrative Health Care Fund of industrial managers, consisting of Confindustria and Federmanager, for the three-year period 2026-2029. This opens a new phase of governance, which will accompany the Fund towards a particularly significant event: the 50th anniversary of the constitution, which will fall in 2027. The main novelty is the return of Luca Del Vecchio, an expression of Confindustria, to the vice-president of the Phase, who in the past had already played this role. Daniele Damele, an expression of Federmanager, has been confirmed to the presidency, who will continue his mandate to lead the Fund for the second consecutive three years. The new Board of Directors also sees the confirmation of Anna Luisa Maria Arnaudo, Francesco Ballarè and Roberta Lovotti for Federmanager, who also welcomes the new entry of Augusto Magliocchetti. Giorgio Ciron, Massimiliano Ricci, Gianmarco Russo and Annarita Sofia enter Confindustria. The new governance has also defined the priorities on which to work: strengthening primary and secondary prevention, increasing closeness to assists and developing responses to the growing issue of non-autosufficiency. Performance has already been increased in three areas particularly significant for household spending, i.e. dentistry, psychotherapy and physiotherapy. This is accompanied by the valorisation of relations with the institutions, at a stage in which supplementary health is called to confront the evolution of health needs and demographic and social changes in the country. “In the path to the 50th anniversary of the Fund, we will continue to work to respond to the needs of the assisted, strengthening the instruments of prevention and developing increasingly effective forms of protection and assistance, in constant dialogue with the institutions,” said President Daniele Damele. “It opens a new consiliation of the Phase with a high quality CdA. In a context in which supplementary health plays an increasingly important role in responding to the needs of people, the Fund is ready to contribute to the public debate by making available the heritage of knowledge and relations built in almost fifty years”, said Vice-President Luca Del Vecchio. The Board of Statutory Auditors also renewed: Cecilia Andreoli, an expression of Confindustria, was appointed to the presidency. Claudio Besenzon, confirmed for Federmanager, and new entries Paola Pulidori, for Federmanager, and Francesco Rocco, for Confindustria. Deputy mayors are Ettore Michele, for Confindustria, and Annarita Succi, for Federmanager. Renewed in its composition the Organism of Vigilance, presided by Maurizio De Magistris, expression of Federmanager, with Cecilia Andreoli and Jacopo Ruscio for Confindustria and Paola Pulidori for Federmanager.
