ROMA (ITALPRESS) – The Board of Directors of the National Body of Drugs and Drug Care (ENPAF) has deliberated, even for the year 2026, the allocation of 400,000 euros for the provision of a one-time welfare contribution, dedicated to pharmacists working in a free-professional regime and to the assimilated figures, reaffirming the commitment of the Body in the market.
“Confirming the appropriation also for 2026 means giving continuity to the commitment of ENPAF in support of the category, in a phase of deep transformation of the profession. The pharmacists are confronted today with new and more complex market dynamics and, precisely for this reason, we felt it important to renew a measure that offers concrete support especially to free professionals more exposed to these changes. Beside the members and accompany them in the evolution of the profession remains one of the central points of our mandate”, said Maurizio Pace, President of ENPAF.
The contribution is addressed to members who carry out the activity as free professionals, with a coordinated and continuous collaboration contract or through a scholarship. It is an exercise mode that can affect different areas, from health and hospital facilities to university and research, intercepting professional paths characterized by a less stable working relationship.
The initiative is part of the broadest commitment of ENPAF to support pharmacists in the different stages of the career with interventions calibrated on the different conditions in which the profession is exercised, with particular attention to those who are facing more flexible paths or in the consolidation phase.
In this perspective, the contribution is accompanied by the measures already adopted by the body, including the one specifically addressed to specializing pharmacists. In order to access the contribution, it is necessary to have paid full-rate social security contributions for the three-year period 2024-2026, to be in accordance with the payments for the current year and not to have prepayments, equal to or greater than 1/4 of the social security contributions due for each year, even if instalment at the Revenue Agency.
The ISEE value of the applicant’s family nucleus must not exceed 50,000 euros, the mobilisation resulting from the ISEE certification up to 70,000 euros, an increase of 10,000 euros for each component of the nucleus beyond the second, up to a total of 90.000 euros.
For the allocation of the contribution, a ranking will be prepared based on the score attributed according to the economic condition of the applicant’s family nucleus (ISEE value) and the full-priced antity accrued in the period 2017-2026. The regulation adopted by the Board of Directors shall enter into force on 1 September 2026.
