ROMA (ITALPRESS) – Mario Roggero “is guilty, he is wrong” because “there has been an excess of self-defense” when “now the mischiefs were on the run”. So the vicepremier and foreign minister, Antonio Tajani, at “Non stop news” on Rtl 102.5.
“The current laws guarantee legitimate defence,” which “existes when there is danger. When there is no danger, there is no self-defense, there is an excess of self-defense,” Tajani explains.
The grace? “To the Head of State, this must be clear. The Minister of Justice prepares the investigation with the competent judiciary, but there is nothing wrong to say ‘I am favorable to grace’, does not mean pulling for the jacket the head of the State. I do not know how to challenge the judgment, nor who has formulated it: I only say that it is just a social forgiveness for a story like the one that has seen the protagonist of this jeweler”, concludes Tajani.
