ROMA (ITALPRESS) – With an extraordinary meeting of the State-Regions Conference, the final ok has arrived on the National Collective Agreement for General Medical Doctors aimed at the operation of the Community Houses.
Thanks to the agreement reached today and to the positive opinion of the Court of Auditors, therefore, the procedural procedure is completed which allows the Agreement to become fully operational by 30 June 2026, in accordance with the times provided by the PNRR.
“After closing interlocutions between Government, Regions and trade union organizations, the text had been signed on Tuesday 23 June by SISAC, the Conventional Interregional Sanitary Structure representing the Regions, and the FIMMG and FMT unions – read in a note -. The agreement reached allows the presence of professionals essential to the care and management of patients to be ensured to the Community Houses, according to a model of assistance closer to people.”.

The Sections meeting in the audit of the Court of Auditors, in the meeting of 26 June 2026, have positively certified the hypotheses of national collective agreement for the discipline of relations with doctors of general medicine pursuant to article 8 of Legislative Decree no. n. 502 of 1992 and subsequent modifications and integrations, for the implementation of the investment 1.1 “Case of the Community and taken into account the person”, within Mission 6 – Health, Component 1, of the National Resumption and Resilience Plan (PNRR).
