We are twenty-five years from the reform that has redefined the Guardia di Finanza as an economic-financial police force, able to face the complex issues of globalized markets, in national and European, alongside the necessary contrast to tax evasion, to protect the ability of the Republic to correspond to the needs of citizens and to protect honest taxpayers, guarantee of economic legality. The Republic is grateful to the Yellow Flames for the dedication and professionalism shown in the country and international missions. On this day of celebration, to all members of the Yellow Flames, in service and on leave, and to their families, I am grateful to send the most fervent wishes of every future personal and professional good”, concludes Mattarella.
