Fno Tsrm and Pstrp “The contractual equity is a lever for the quality and sustainability of the system”

ROMA (ITALPRESS) – The FNO TSRM and PSTRP recalls the strategic role of accredited private health professionals and RSAs, an integral part of the National Health Service and fundamental for welfare continuity, especially for the most fragile patients. At the centre, the issue of contractual renewal and balance between responsibility, remuneration and safeguards: an imbalance is likely to compromise motivation, stay of professionals and quality of assistance.

“It is not a matter of sector but of health care,” said President Diego Catania, underlining the need for consistent conditions with responsibilities.

For the Federation, contractual equity is essential to ensure sustainability, efficiency and quality, avoiding the loss of attractiveness of the professions and ensuring adequate welfare standards.

The Federation also highlights how the recognition of the value of these professionals also passes through contractual conditions that guarantee dignity, stability and development prospects. In the absence of such elements, the risk is a progressive loss of attractiveness of health professions in the contexts of accredited private health care and RSA, with possible relapses on the organization and effectiveness of services.

Investing in human capital, regardless of the context in which it operates, is therefore a strategic lever to ensure high and homogeneous welfare standards throughout the territory.

The FNO TSRM and PSTRP emphasizes the importance of continuing the comparison of contractual renewal with the aim of identifying shared and structural solutions, in the interests of professionals and the quality of assistance to citizens.
