ROMA (ITALPRESS) – “I have presented the new question to the Minister of Health regarding the increasingly questionable management of the National Federation of Biologist Orders. The last, worrying complaint we received concerns alleged interference in the electoral processes of territorial orders. Specifically, public positions and forms of support for candidates would emerge, but also coordination activities in the selection of applications and communications addressed to members potentially capable of affecting the dynamics and electoral consultations. It would be serious conduct, which could lead to a compression of the autonomy of territorial orders and affect the freedom of voting of members. We ask Minister Schillaci to take immediate steps to ensure that FNOB’s guiding and coordinating function does not result in an invasion of the competences of territorial orders and in a limitation of their autonomy. It would be good for the government to clarify the limits within which the Federations can exercise their coordination activities, especially when it comes to delicate processes such as electoral ones.” Elisa Pirro, Senator of the 5 Star Movement, declares it.
