ROMA (ITALPRESS) – There is the agreement in the State-Regions Conference on the renewal of the National Collective Agreement 2022-2024 for the discipline of relations with the Medici Pediatri of free choice. For the more than 6,200 doctors who attend about 6 million children and children from 0 to 14 years, with derogations up to 16 years, the new contract provides for the three years a wage increase 5,78%, guaranteed by the budget laws.
“With the understanding of today we positively close the season of contractual renewals of the agreed medicine. After physicians of general medicine and outpatient specialists, pediatric doctors can also benefit from an updated contractual framework that provides for additional pay, welfare and safeguards,” said Marco Alparone, Chairman of the Committee of Regions-Sanity.
The new ACN strengthens the strategic role of the paediatrician of free choice within the renewed asset of territorial assistance, especially in relation to the development of the Houses of the Community and the Territorial Functional Aggregations (AFT). “We intend to enhance the family pediatrics in the territorial health system,” explained Alparone. “We therefore try to promote the integration of professionals and services, convinced that we are that the health and well-being of the smallest deserves a response of proximity and constitute one of the essential supports that must be guaranteed to families.”.
The definitive ok comes after the signing of the Ipotesis of the Agreement, which took place on 18 December, at the SISAC and the positive certification of the Court of Auditors.
