PALERMO (ITALPRESS) – “We decide to change justice, make it more efficient and transparent and closer to citizens. If justice works then a citizen goes to vote no but, as we see every day that it is necessary to change it and make it more autonomous, more independent and less slave of the political currents, then it is necessary to vote yes to really build Italy of the future”. Thus the leader of Noi Moderati Maurizio Lupi in the margin of the meeting Yes to the referendum on justice, organized by the party at the Hotel Addaura Village in Palermo.
“This reform provides that the judiciary continues to be autonomous and independent, as provided for in the Constitution: the independent and independent magistrate dispenses justice, a magistrate that stands under the currents, under associations or under politics no and the same policy does not want the magistrate below, because it would not dispense justice.” To say this is the national coordinator of Noi Moderati Saverio Romano. “We put ourselves in the shoes of the citizen who wants to have justice and trust the independent and independent judiciary – continues Romano, – This referendum strengthens the judiciary, does not weaken it as the committee of the no says: it strengthens it precisely because, through the draw of the Csm, we want to subtract to the power of the currents the possibility to appoint, promote and transfer the magistrates. In Italy there are about 9,000 in total, 1,500 members of the currents: the theme is not that the magistrate has lost credibility, but that the judiciary at the time when it is governed by currents loses credibility”.
