MILAN (ITALPRESS) – “Certainly, we must make an integration to the referendum question, but this should not have consequences on the date of the referendum. In any case it would be a very short slip.” The Minister of Justice Carlo Nordio said this in an interview with the “Corriere della Sera” after the Cassation welcomed the new question for the referendum on justice.
“The correction concerns the indication in the application of the rules which are abolished with the reform. There is no upheaval of the question. It is simply integrated and clarified. Therefore, even in case of slipping, it would be up to two or three weeks as foreseen by the Constitution.”.
