ROMA (ITALPRESS) – The Guarantee Commission, acting on 18 December, negatively assessed the general strike made without notice on 3 October by the trade union organizations Cgil, Usb, Cub, Sgb, Cobas, Cib Unicobas and Cobas Sardegna, following the blockade of Flotilla.
According to the Guarantor “the derogations to notice are not applicable to the case of species, not using the preconditions of Article 2, paragraph 7, of Law 146/1990, which allows immediate strikes in public services essential only for the defense of the constitutional order or for protest following serious adverse events of the safety and safety of workers”. For the Authority “the defense of the constitutional order is to be understood as a measure placed at the head of the institutions in the face of events that threaten the operation or existence itself, while the protest for the safety and safety of workers cannot be invoked for events outside the working environment”. As a result of this assessment, the Commission has introduced sanctions, in accordance with the legal parameters, to the trade union organizations proclaiming.
