The Ministry formally called on school managers to update security data by strengthening the action with specific reminders of the defaults and similarly urged all local authorities to promptly update data with particular regard to safety sections. With this government, an extraordinary plan of more than EUR 11 billion was launched for the first time, using both Pnrr funds and ministerial funds: is the largest financing plan for the safety of Italian schools ever made in the history of the Republic and currently involves over 10,000 school buildings, about a quarter of the total.” Thus the Minister of Education and Merit Giuseppe Valditara during the question time at the Chamber.
