MILAN (ITALPRESS) – The new book (published by Piemme) by journalist and entrepreneur Alice Di Pietro is entitled “Partner in shine”. A fascinating journey that combines beauty, cosmetics and entrepreneurship, with a great protagonist: our skin. Interviewed by Italpress, Alice Di Pietro revealed why of the title of her last work: “Partner in Shine is a tribute to all those people who make us better and who are able to value who we really are, to make us shine, to pull out our light. The title is inspired by the way of saying “partner in crime”, where Shine highlights brightness. They are all those people, those situations, those ways of being that make our talents emerge, as well as makes good skincare with our skin.” “The skin is often considered as a wrap, because it is something that dresses us, like a suit made to measure, but in reality the skin is an organ – added the author of the book -. And it is precisely on this that I hope “Partner in Shine” can make clarity, to begin to understand the skin, not as something to be embellished, sometimes to be smacchiare or a bit to torture, if we must listen to marketing a little aggressive, but an organ to protect. An organ not only of sense, but of conscience, because clinical psychology through the skin teaches us so many things. So it is a skin that speaks to us, we must learn to decipher his messages and listen to it to feel better.” Other subject covered in the book is cosmetic: “The cosmetic is now part of our everyday life.
