LATINA (ITALPRESS) – “We must spread and promote the culture of prevention, raising awareness and educating healthy and proper lifestyles, including nutrition. Prevention is an investment, which can generate benefits on people’s health and well-being, as well as allowing early and timely diagnosis. For these reasons, for a year we have been carrying out “A Council in Health”, the free prevention programme, promoted by the Regional Council. Today and tomorrow we stop in Latina at the headquarters of the Inps, with activities and visits to the employees of the Institute (from 9.30 to 17): It is essential to enter workplaces and meeting places, to meet people and to understand the importance of prevention.” This was said by the President of the Regional Council of Lazio, Antonello Aurigemma, who spoke this morning at the Inps office in Latina at the presentation of “A Council in Health – prevention stops from you”, which provides for on the days of today and tomorrow (from 9.30 to 17) free activities and screening for Inps employees. “I would like to thank the Inps for the sensitivity and availability shown – he adds -, starting from the regional director, Vincenzo Damato and the director of the Inps of Latina, Maurizio Mauri, the Asl of Latina with the general manager, Sabrina Cenciarelli and all the managers and health professionals of Asl engaged in the two days. Also this morning there are all the actors protagonists of a delicate and complex system such as the health (health care company, professional orders, categories, associations).
