Rome, presented at the Chamber “Business Care International Award 2026”

The “Business Care International Award 2026” was presented yesterday at the Chamber of Deputies, a prestigious award promoted by Business Care in Rome and New York and reached the eighth edition.

The award values personality, institutions and organizations that have distinguished themselves by ethics, innovation, culture and good business, contributing to the improvement of society. The 2026 edition is particularly significant and will see the award of the “Magnificent 10”, seven internationally renowned personalities and three emerging young talents representing Italian excellence in the world.

The presentation was attended by the president of the prize Massimo Veccia, the members of the jury Fabrizio Ferragni, Paolo Liguori, Silvana Mangione and Alessandro Masi, the congressman Christian Di Sanzo and the members of the board of Business Care, Alberto Milani and Andrea Vento.

During the work, Veccia announced an important novelty: the introduction of the “Le Icone del Made in Italy that illumine the World”, dedicated to brands, productive realities and talents that contribute to the international reputation of Italy. The decision arises from the changing scenario of global trade and the need to counter the Italian Sounding, enhancing the authentic excellence that bring Italian quality and identity abroad.

Guest of the event was Fabrizio Raimondi, of the Consorzio Parmigiano Reggiano, who remembered how the Parmigiano Reggiano is an icon of Made in Italy: a product symbol of Italian identity, loved all over the world and often considered by Italians abroad the ‘home taste’. The sector generates over 50,000 jobs and a consumer value of more than 3.2 billion euros. For the first time exports exceeded national sales, confirming the international role of the product, defined a real flag of Italy. Raimondi also underlined the value of Parmigiano Reggiano for the territories of origin: “supports local communities, maintains productive districts alive, contrasts depopulation and creates non-localized wealth.”.

For Fabrizio Ferragni “in a complex and fragmented historical moment, the prize represents a compass for those who work to protect the riches of the country”. Paolo Liguori stressed that, in the age of artificial intelligence, it is “fundamental to recognize the value of human intelligence that fuel Italian ingenuity in culture, art and design, reasserting that people remain at the center of the world and business”.

The award will also integrate new projects, produced directly by Business Care with the support of partners, dedicated to the fields of art, music and research. The official ceremonies will be held on 19 March 2026 at the Chamber of God and on 12 November 2026 in New York, at the General Consulate of Italy.
