Innovation, compliance and growth: Group 24 ORE consolidates governance and introduces new apical figures

MILAN (ITALPRESS) – Group 24 ORE takes a decisive step in its organizational evolution, with the aim of creating a more integrated and innovation-oriented model. The new organizational choices and the entry of apical figures aim to enhance synergies between operational, technological and control functions, strengthening the ability to face market challenges with vision and proactivity.

Since September 2025 the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) has been established, entrusted to Paola Boromei, who also holds the responsibility of Chief Human Resources & Organization Officer (CHRO) for the Central Personal Direction, Organization and Sustainability, and also takes the lead of the Innovation and Technology Direction.

“This choice favours an integrated management of organizational and technological levers, fundamental pillars for digital transformation and operational efficiency,” reads in a note.

Since November 2025, the Legal function has been transformed into Legal & Compliance, integrating the chair of Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). The new configuration, always with the guidance of Alessandro Altei, who takes on the role of Legal & Compliance Director, will work in synergy with the Internal Audit to strengthen the ability to manage risks, regulatory compliance and overall governance, ensuring greater consistency in business processes.

In November 2025, Roberta Bazzo joined the Group as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) under the management of the Management, Finance and Control. With a solid international experience gained in reality prominently as WPP Media (WPP Group), The KraftHeinz Company and Birra Peroni, Bazzo will help strengthen the financial function and presidium on reporting and control processes.

Also in the same month, Serena Monteverdi assumed the responsibility of the Internal Audit function, “by bringing consolidated expertise in internal control, risk management and compliance, also developed through important assignments at the Ermenegildo Zegna Group and RDM Group. Its role will be central to ensuring transparency and solidity in governance processes. These initiatives confirm the Group’s commitment to building a solid, integrated and time-oriented organization,” the note concludes.
